• Ensure quality and documentation of "Lead to Order" processes, including test planning and traceability of technical settings.
• Integrate, administer, and further develop the SAP Sales and Service Cloud (C4C) within the S/4 HANA environment.

• Testing and monitoring e-commerce payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Handling incoming tickets related to online payments, customer payouts & fraud prevention.
• Creating and managing IT development tickets for payment-related issues.

• Identify and collect requirements to improve Salesforce from users and cross-functional stakeholders
• Implement Salesforce configuration changes such as Flow Builder automations, custom fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports based on those requirements

• Project Management and Analytical Skills: A robust background in project management, complemented by strong analytical thinking capabilities.
• Industry Expertise: In-depth understanding of New Installation (NI) and Modernisation (MOD) sales processes, with a focus on the relevant scope.

• You support the IT transformation and Strategic Project Office in daily operations and strategic initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and alignment across projects
• You prepare structured presentations, reports, and Excel analyses for management meetings and decision-making
