As the owner of the transformation roadmap, you ensure alignment across all business functions and country organizations...

• Take full responsibility for the squad's business and technical outcomes, including product/solution/service lifecycle, costs, benefits, and business impact.
• Remove roadblocks, take decisions, and steer the squad to deliver against agreed KPIs.

• Support end-to-end product and vendor lifecycle management, ensuring system accuracy and product adoption and creation
• Support the vendor pricing strategy through collaboration with the profit team around exception and corrective management

• Support in developing a clear product vision for smart factory solutions (e.g. automation, IoT, digital twins)
• Alignment with company goals and stakeholders from production, IT and operations management
• Creation, prioritization and maintenance of the product backlog

• Design, maintain, and execute comprehensive test cases across functional, regression, and integration areas
• Perform end-to-end testing of eCommerce flows, with special focus on Hybris-driven processes (catalog, checkout, order management)
