• Support operational purchasing activities: supplier inquiries, order processing, and delivery tracking
• Monitor inventory levels, minimum stocks, and safety stocks; prepare purchase recommendations

• Develop, maintain and harmonize global procurement policies, guidelines, processes and tools (incl. IT-tools), to ensure efficient workflows
• Represent Strategic Procurement for process- / systems & tools- / methods- / KPI- questions
