

Transparency Specialist
Place of work: Budapest
The primary objective of this position is to operate Sanofi’s transparency system and its procedure, with the purpose the related business information and documents are well put by users, recorded and saved in the system and assessed and validated before being submitted to related authorities.
This position needs to actively communicate with business to ensure user’s well use the system and to ensure the quality, integrity and completeness of data being collected and used for disclosure to support transparency requirements by, among others, facilitating the correction of errors with the business and ensuring all data sources are complying with Sanofi requirements.
This positions needs to collaborate with E&BI, Finance, Medical and Legal and so forth for relevant overview, monitoring and auditing purposes.
Responsibilities
Act as the company representative of Transparency requirement implementation in the organization
Partner with E&BI and Legal on interpretation of reporting regulations & requirements
Develop, facilitate and conduct all Transparency related training for users and relevant third party vendors
Managing related Transparency tools
Review Transparency Reportable data with business units within appropriate frames
Provide feedback to dispute resolution and assist in resolution of external Health care providers/Health care organizations complaints and issues
Assist in the implement remediation of audit findings through to conclusion
Manage Vendor interaction
Ensure timely, accurate and thorough communication of all reporting related information to appropriate customers
Establish and maintain regular monitoring schedules of data sources
Work with EBI on monitoring of data and identification of policy violations and remediation, communicate with EBI and provide necessary support to it for External Stakeholder activities monitoring, investigation and audit cases
Requirements:
University / College Degree
Technical proficiency – ability to work with different systems
Fluent English
Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Ms Excel, MS PowerPoint
Knowledge of SAP or ERP tools preferred
Auditing experience preferred
Analytical and problem solving skills
Deep understanding of relevant legal regulations and company SOPs /Policies
Ability to coordinates work of external partners
Ability to work in a matrix environment
