TRADE MARKETING MANAGER

    The role focuses on leading preparation of trade marketing & e-commerce plans for our Personal Health portfolio that includes successful and well-known OTC and food supplement brands e.g. Nasivin, Vicks, Vigantol, Femibion. On this managerial position you will be implementing sales and marketing strategies to further grow our brands across offline & online pharmacy and trade channels. Within your assignment you will collaborate with different departments at local and regional level such as sales, marketing and finance. The role will be challenging and significant from the first day and an outstanding amount of learning and experience will strengthen your personal and professional development. With us you will:

  • Lead, develop and deploy category annual sales plan by channel / customer under leadership of country PHC Head of marketing
  • Serve as category expert with customers to facilitate selling and execution for critical sales plans (i.e. major category management change, key initiative)
  • Create and deliver locally relevant category conceptual selling materials in collaboration with marketing and sales department and external vendors
  • Craft go to market initiatives and prepare requirements including start of shipment, ranging, sizing, pricing & promotion, visibility
  • Manage budget of trade spending including sales budget deployment with key business drivers’ criteria, trade spending effectiveness, stewardship
  • Coach & develop sales teams to help them improve category understanding & deliver winning plans
  • Develop trade and e-commerce strategies to improve / maximize trade return on investment by completing promotion analysis and validate against expected results
  • Continuously analyse customer position to recommend in-store action aimed at strengthening P&G's position within categories
  • Design, develop and execute innovative and impactful annual brand/category marketing and Trade marketing plans to meet the needs of multiple markets for P&G health care portfolio
  • Look for business growth opportunities by establishing partnership with new retailers
  • Build collaborative business relationship with internal and external partners

Apply if you have:

  • Between 3 – 7 years of experience in trade marketing / brand management in FMCG or Pharma environment
  • Attitude of continuously striving for excellence, and ability to take calculated risk to achieve superior results
  • Excellent analytical, thinking and communication skills, together with ability to influence others
  • Agility to provide clear direction to Sales team to drive the best in-store execution
  • Bachelor’s degree is a required minimum
  • Fluent in English and Hungarian
