Real estate and trade company with tens of years’ experience is looking for a secretary/head of secretary for a full time job

Task:

  • Handling emails
  • Translating documents, articles, letters
  • Managing schedule
  • Administrative tasks
  • Liaison with clients, lawyers

Requirement(s):

Writing, reading and speaking in high level English. Business English will have advantage.

Can perform fast typing in English and Hungarian.

Have the knowledge to work in Word, Excel and generally web.

Experience as a secretary for few years.

Experience: 5 years professional experience

Required language level: English - higher advanced/fit for negotiation/ translation

Working hours: Mon-Thu: 8:00-17:30 and on Friday 8:00-17:00
