Technical Support Analyst Level2

Good news! We are hiring Technical Support Analysts – Level 2 for our partner, located in Debrecen. 

As a Technical Support Analyst Level 2, you will be in charge of:

  • Owning, leading and driving issues and representing the company during technical conference calls
  • Handling technically complex incidents and changes
  • Being responsible for cooperating with internal and external stakeholders and making sure you leave a lasting good impression
  • Having the opportunity to learn from 3rd line network engineers throughout troubleshooting sessions
  • Being exposed to a wide array of internetworking technologies (MPLS, DMVPN, SDWAN, ZScaler, BYOD WLAN, VoIP just to name a few) through supporting complex network solutions
  • Finding out whether you are an early bird or a night owl thanks to the weekly rotating shift pattern

We'll also need to see these on your CV:

  • In-depth understanding of LAN/WAN technologies (think CCNA-level knowledge, the certificate is not needed)
  • English is a must due to it being the working language at BT

  • 1-2 years’ of experience in technical support
  • Familiarity with the following products is an advantage: Juniper, Adva, Avaya, Ipanema, Meraki
