Scope: Sales Representative position in the Certification of Systems team, which is responsible for audit of various quality management systems and certifications.

Technical Sales Representative


  • Exploration of new sales opportunities in field of certification of quality systems,
  • Discover new business leads and opportunities, finding potential customers,
  • Organize client visits and negotiate quotation/contract terms,
  • Proactively develops and creates customer relationships in his/her area of responsibility,
  • Work closely with the management and engineering team to align customer requirements,
  • Continuous monitoring of market trends,
  • To implement sales strategy and to contribute to the development of the sales figures,
  • Proactive participation in the implementation of the company’s business strategy.


  • University or college degree,
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in various sales roles (possibly solution or services sales/business development role),
  • Intermediate English,
  • User IT knowledge (MS Office),
  • Sales mindset,
  • Customer-acquisition experience,
  • Effective communication, negotiation and presentation skills,
  • Agile, energetic, stable, forward-looking, proactive personality,
  • Willingness to travel (both domestic and foreign),
  • B type driving license.


  • Economic studies,
  • Knowledge of various quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.),
  • German language skills.
