Technical Operations/Service Manager (Budapest)
- E2E responsibility for the technical operations/service delivery of customer contract
- Being a single point of contact towards Service Delivery Manager and/or customer
- Ensure performance and quality of the operation
- Measuring and reporting customer SLAs/operational OLAs
- Continuous service improvement
- Customer relationship management
If you have…
- English (must have) and German (advantage) language knowledge
- Proactive problem solving ability
- At least 1 year of Operation or Service Manager experience
- Experience in optimizing operational processes
- Team-coordination experience
- Ability to identify dependences in complex environments
- AdvantagesITIL Foundation certificate, and/or equivalent work experience
- Project management experience
- Teamleader experience
