Their continuously growing Business Support Centre in Budapest is looking for new members to join them in this challenge as a Team leader.

Team Leader (IT network support)

Responsibilities:

  • Technical leadership of a 12 members team,
  • People management,
  • Handling escalations and high severity incidents,
  • Ensuring continuous upskilling and training of the team,
  • Ensuring SLA'S and KPI's are kept as per clients need and contractual obligations,
  • On-call duty on a weekly rotation,
  • Investigating false alarms, process gaps and 3rd party related issues,
  • Team performance monitoring and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Team leader experience,
  • Fluency in ENGLISH is a must,
  • Technical background is required (network, Avaya Voice etc.),
  • Experience as 1st, 2nd line technical agent is a big advantage,
  • Perfect client communication skillset,
  • Understanding multilayer troubleshooting processes,
  • Ability to meet priorities and deadlines,
  • Excellent problem-solving skills,
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems.
