Responsibilities

Be the Watson to our Sherlock Holmes and help us find the future colleagues of KGSH! ️

Cooperate closely with the Talent Acquisition Business Partners in the team and learn all about recruitment

Contact candidates and kick off the recruitment process

Engage and search talents on different platforms such as LinkedIn, Profession, job boards and career fairs

Be the ambassador of the company by conducting screening interviews

Write detailed and accurate notes from candidate prescreening interviews to ensure seamless communication among the recruitment team and hiring managers

Be part of innovative recruitment projects like Employer branding, developing interview materials and improving the candidate’s experience

Requirements

Preferred background: Ongoing university studies in Hungary - Minimum 1 more year with student status

Languages: Strong written and spoken English language knowledge

Attitude: Confident, great communication skills, proactive attitude, creativity

Nice-to-have

Previous Recruitment and/or HR experience

Fluency in Hungarian
