Responsibilities

  • Perform IT activities for globally used gxp relevant regulatory affairs application systems as listed below:
  • 2nd Level IT Incident Management + Problem Management (Cover EU Time Zone)
  • Change Management for gxp and non gxp systems (Documentation and execution)
  • System Life Cycle Documentation according to BIs regulations
  • Maintenance & Development activities on an as needed basis
  • Communicate and coordinate IT activities with IT internal partner functions
  • After training and if person fulfills the prerequisite, assume System Lead Delegate or System Lead Role
  • Drive the solution and maintenance of technical issues and challenges

Professional experience

  • Minimum 3 years professional experience in Level 2 Support
  • Application support experience
  • Business process support experience
  • Consulting or vendor management experience
  • Ability to work in a global team and in a global environment
  • Fluent English (Spoken / Written)
  • Ability to work with people and internal customers directly
  • BA/MA Degree in Information Technology is preferred

Required technical skills

  • General Windows Server Admin skills
  • Knowledge of NTFS permissions
  • Windows Powershell
  • SQL Programming/Knowledge
  • Oracle Database Knowledge
