We are now searching for a

Swedish/Polish/German Speaking IT Service Desk Agent (MT)


Call and Incident Handling

  • Provide essential support to Customer’s PC users in Europe, including software and hardware related issues
  • Assist users over the telephone, through e-mail/voice mail, and over web interface
  • Diagnose and solve software and hardware problems by giving step-by-step instructions
  • Provide advanced support to Customer’s PC using remote control tool
  • Escalate unsolved calls to the appropriate IT team, Network/Server Support team, Application Support team or PC Support team

Knowledge management

  • Learn and implement new technologies, tools, processes and policies
  • Provide training to other staff members as required
  • Document new technical solutions in knowledge base
  • Document and share best practices and with other colleagues


  • Hungarian/EU citizenship or work/residence permit is required
  • Fluent Swedish/Polish/German & English language knowledge 
  • Sound knowledge of Windows 7, 10, Microsoft Office, standard browsers
  • Minimum 1 year of IT support experience
  • Good knowledge and support experience about networks, TCP/IP, PC Configuration, Email systems
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent learning skills and high level of flexibility
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Responsibility and customer focused thinking
  • Ability to relate well with people at all levels both internal and external to the organization
  • Strong work ethic
  • Proactivity and solution focus


  • Previous experience with Microsoft Windows Active Directory Service
  • Technical competency with PC/LAN architecture
  • A thorough knowledge and understanding of TCP/IP
  • People management experience
  • Customer management experience
  • Knowledge of any of the following languages: Italian, Polish, German, Turkish, Russian

Working hours: Shift work: 16/5, Support window from 6:00 – 22:00

Support Window, Monday to Friday, work is required on bank holidays
