- Managing day to day, operational tasks related to customer service
- Find out the root of complaint
- Provide IT related customer service via email, phone and fax
- Organize and complete tasks on time
- Facing queries
- Manage the KPI’s and SLA’s
- Maintaining customer documentation
- Fluency in Swedish or Danish
- Fluency in English
- Relevant experience (advantage)
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong understanding of customer’s needs
- Experience using SAP and/or Siebel is an advantage
- Business Supporting Centres
- Client Support, Administration
