
Support Specialist (German)
ABOUT THE ROLE
You must be energetic and customer-focused, possess technical and business aptitude, and have a desire to be in support. You must be fluent in English and German.
You must be hungry to learn at a rapid pace and continually build your skills. You will provide a full customer service experience to our existing end users and trial users for our suite of products. You must possess excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and follow-up skills and have the ability to work both independently and within a team environment.

YOU CAN EXPECT TO:
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails and chat
- European customer base
- Work with Salesforce as a case logging / tracking system
- Address technical related issues
- Escalate more advanced technical related issues
- Perform basic troubleshooting steps with customers of all technical backgrounds
- Have the opportunity to work on your career development
- Be able to help shape a successful Support team
YOU’LL BE EXPECTED TO:
- Foster a “Customer First” mentality
- Manage your own case load and ensure customers get timely replies
- Have both written and verbal fluency in English and German
- Foster an environment of collaboration
- Deliver a support experience tailored to each customer
- Ensure customer satisfaction, for both external and internal customers
