Support Specialist (French)


You must be energetic and customer-focused, possess technical and business aptitude, and have a desire to be in support. You must be fluent in English and French.

You must be hungry to learn at a rapid pace and continually build your skills. You will provide a full customer service experience to our existing end users and trial users for our suite of products. You must possess excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and follow-up skills and have the ability to work both independently and within a team environment.

  • Handle incoming phone calls and emails and chat
  • European customer base
  • Work with Salesforce as a case logging / tracking system
  • Address technical related issues
  • Escalate more advanced technical related issues
  • Perform basic troubleshooting steps with customers of all technical backgrounds
