Supplier Management and Quality Specialist - German and English Speaking

Your tasks

  • Prepares process descriptions and flow charts, documentation
  • Supports or leads projects and initiatives related to process improvement
  • Facilitates knowledge sharing across the organisation
  • Actively takes part in both external and internal process audits
  • Facilitates internal communication in process communities
  • Prepares reports for the management and for other departments
  • Defines production-specific KPIs and sets up KPI and quality reporting
  • Supports core processes such as incident, change, problem and order management

If you have…

  • University/college degree  or relevant work experience
  • Project coordination or reporting experience
  • Advanced knowledge of German (C1) and English language skills (at least B1)
  • Process knowledge (Incident, Change, Problem, Order Management)
  • Knowledge of relevant IT systems (eTTS, ROT) and MS products is essential (Excel, Power Point, Word)
