Responsibilities
Development and leadership of marketing strategy for Women Cancers opportunities
Development and execution of marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and drive sales in the oncology sector
Recommendation of strategic tumor plan aligned with global and regional strategies customized for the local Hungarian market
Setting key business priorities, annual promotional plans, and OKRs
Conducting market research and analysis to identify customer needs and develop patient-centric solutions
Staying up-to-date on scientific and clinical developments in specific tumor types
Preparation of business presentations
Analysis of market data
Providing inputs to forecast plans
Collaboration with oncology departments to ensure consistent customer experience
Collaboration with internal stakeholders including sales, medical, digital, analytics, market access, compliance teams
Development and execution of marketing campaigns including digital efforts for promoted cancer indications
Development and implementation of marketing materials, tools, and services aligned with medical affairs, KAMs, market access, multi-channel team, and trainees
Evaluation of marketing campaign effectiveness and adjustment of strategies
Providing input to annual planning for congress activity
Monitoring and management of brand budget for efficient resource allocation
Completion of administrative tasks in line with company policy
Coordination for approvals of promotional materials in responsible indications
Leadership with prioritization and high-quality work production within specified indications
Building and maintaining relationships with external agencies, professional societies, patient groups, and scientific leaders
