Role purpose:

The purpose of this role is to support with all the transitions where GBSF HU is involved. The expectation is to follow the full process in all project phases making sure the overall target is achieved in a timely and accurate manner and all parties are satisfied with the outcome.

Responsibilities:

  • Run multiple individual transition projects in agreement with stakeholders
  • Create project plan, follow-up and status report on deliverables, milestones, resources, cost/benefit
  • Project controlling
  • Escalate risks
  • Track efficiency
  • Prepare and organize project calls
  • Coordinate tasks and resources, follow up progress and quality
  • Ensure up-to-date documentation
  • Organize hand-over to Operations
  • Address and remediate issues at root-cause
  • Manage people aspects: roles, values, feedbacks, sensitivity
  • Organize best practice and lessons learned sessions, analyse and integrate
  • Build great cooperation with stakeholders and FSS people
  • Support other improvement initiatives/implementations within GBSF based on previous agreement with line manager.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance & Accounting
  • 5+ years of Finance Shared Services experience
  • Confident use of SAP
  • Experience in transition projects
  • Personal Efficiency, assertive communication
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
