Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representative (1-16-38064/PR)

  • Task(s):
    • On behalf of our multinational partner who is dealing with international sales and distribution of health products we are looking for a candidate to be a Spanish Speaking Customer Support representative.

      Primary Responsibilities:
      - incoming and outgoing calls and e-mails: respond to inquiries and resolve problems
      - liaising with Spanish speaking distributors and customers: providing help and information, problem solving
      - liaising with warehouse and suppliers
      - handling complaints, reclamations

  • Requirement(s):
    • - Fluent English AND Spanish knowledge is a must
      - Customer Service experience is an advantage
      - Excellent cummunication skill
      - Customer focused attitude
