Responsibilities

Your will focus on:
-Lead the AR Team: Manage and develop a team of (Senior) Accountants to deliver high-quality services.
-Oversee Daily Operations: Plan team capacity, monitor workload, and recruit as needed.
-Drive Process Transitions: Support the migration of accounting tasks to Hungary and help build the new SSC in Budapest.
-Ensure Smooth Knowledge Transfer: Oversee training and post-transition stabilization of finance processes.
-Collaborate & Communicate: Build strong relationships with stakeholders and business partners.
-Lead Projects & Improvements: Manage assigned projects, optimize processes, and ensure service quality.

Requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree
- Very good Spanish and English language skills (written and spoken),
- Proficiency in English and Spanish
- At least 3 years of experience in AR accounting field
- Leadership experience
