Spanish Procurement Specialist

Our prestigious multinational partner is looking for a team-member as an Spanish Procurement Specialist. Our partner is a leading global provider of mobility solutions based in USA and operates a BSC in Budapest.

Your role would be:

  • Booking, checking and processing supplier invoices
  • Keeping in touch with the suppliers and other associates
  • Dealing with the suppliers’ queries, answering and sort the problems out via phone or e-mail
  • Supporting the team and coming up with new ideas

We are looking for YOU, if you have:

  • Mid-school graduate
  • At least 6 months of experience in AP booking
  • Fluent Spanish and English (verbal, written)
  • Ability to work independently and also cooperate with the team
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Logical way of thinking, strong analytical skills
  • Confident knowledge of Microsoft Office
