SOFTWARE TRAINER (NTD)

Main responsibilities:
- Acquire Key User level knowhow of software and system in the responsability of Corporate Operations IT
- Understand production processes and functionalities of ERP, MES and APS software
- Develop and execute training plans and programs
- Provide overviews of system functionalities
- Create training materials for different user levels and keep them up to date
- Review results and trainee feedback to improve materials and classes
- Collect feedbacks to improve the software features and to share best practices
- Apply new technologies to deliver courses and improve the learning experience of users
- Maintain knowledge database of the corporate department
- Assess individual and group training needs
- Work with software project manager and software engineers to assess training needs and update training materials
- Close cooperation with system suppliers
- Ensure smooth and effective communication between plants
Mandatory requirements:
- Degree as teacher, software engineer, informatics or similars
- Min. 3 years working experience as trainer preferably in manufacturing environment or software industry
- Experience in conducting training in specific applications
- Demonstrate a high degree of skill in communication and positive interactions with end users and employees
- Presentation skills
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Knowledge of change management practices
- Well oganized and capable of multi-tasking
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Willingness to travel
- Customer- and service minded
Other valued skills:
- Experience in software implementation projects
- Change management experiences in manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of agile software development methodologies
- Knowledge of Web-based learning platforms and modern educational techniques
- Experience in technical writing
