Responsibilities
Helping improve support and maintenance procedures
Cooperating with and advising project management on demand
Acting as the SPOC for support and other continuous engagements
Driving internal takeovers from project teams
Assisting delivery teams with product training and support
Coordinating scheduled and ad-hoc maintenance with clients
Managing L2/L3 team allocation, planning, and task assignments
Ensuring that SLAs and KPIs are met
Acting as an escalation point
Reporting to the Lead Support Manager and Delivery
Keeping documentation up to date
Cooperating with and advising project management on demand
Acting as the SPOC for support and other continuous engagements

Requirements
Has a track record of leading support activities, preferably on the agency side
Has experience working with software development teams following SDLC best practices
Has a strong understanding of ITIL and ITSM principles (ITIL4 Foundation certification desired)
Is fluent in project and product management practices (PM, Scrum, or PO certification is a plus)
Possesses outstanding communication skills – both in English and Hungarian
Has a “get things done” attitude
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong issue-triaging abilities
Has a continuous service improvement mindset
Has expertise in working with clients in the Energy and/or Transportation industries (a strong plus)
Shows passion and care for customers with an “outside-in” mindset
Has experience working with software development teams following SDLC best practices
