Service Desk Specialist (German speaking)

The Position

We are looking for a German speaking Service Desk Specialist to join our Services & Solutions Center in Budapest, Hungary focusing on delivering professional IT support for our Roche affiliates in the EMEA region and globally as well in cooperation with our service centers in Costa Rica and Malaysia. We are continuously expanding, looking for new talents and supporting remote working.

Your key responsibilities:

  • You provide an excellent customer experience on all available support channels for End Users.
  • Give your best to represent the End Users’ needs and issues, escalate situations as required.
  • Keep users informed on the status of their request and guide for their best satisfaction and productivity.
  • Troubleshoot and support Apple and Microsoft operating systems and devices, Google suite, SAP, Sharepoint, corporate wired/wireless networks.

Who you are

You are passionate about helping customers, dealing with various cases and enjoy working in a team. You are someone who is self motivated and understands that providing a high-quality service is crucial for the organization. As an ideal team member you are open-minded, dedicated to make a difference and open to constant development. 


Furthermore, you have:

  • Fluent German and English knowledge

  • Experience or strong affinity in IT

  • Resolution focused can do-attitude
