In this role you will have the responsibility of working in a team and providing the helpdesk-to-helpdesk support (not end-user support) to top Vodafone global customers in a business context.
Fresh graduates are welcome!
What you will do:
- Providing helpdesk-to-helpdesk support & first-time resolution to Vodafone’s top global enterprise customers, via e-mail and occasionally calls.
- Liaising with external & internal partners
- Processing tickets & orders in the relevant service support systems
- Taking ownership of the resolution of incidents or escalations including follow up and partner liaison
- Contribute actively to service improvement initiatives to improve the service desk operation
This position is for you if you have:
- Upper-intermediate knowledge of both English and German
- Customer focused mindset and strong communication skills
- Analytical thinking and problem solving attitude
- Ability to work in shifts (Monday – Friday, between 7 am and 10 pm)
- Experience of working in a customer facing support function or SSC environment is an advantage, but not a must-have
