Service Desk Agent/Help Desk - Student work (TW-4912) - Diákmunka
Feladatok:
- Processing of requests received by phone and e-mail
- Transmission of error tickets to various solution teams
- Full assistance to Service Desk Agent colleagues
- Continuous communication with foreign colleagues in German and English
