Service Desk Agent (Debrecen)
- Registering of software and hardware related IT issues, dispatching them to specific solution teams
- Solving basic IT and network related incidents
- Monitoring network equipment (routers, switches) in automated systems
- Proactive preempting of network outages
- Logging of problems and solutions in ticketing systems
If you have…
- Fluency in English (min. level B2)
- At least High school degree (advantage: university degree)
- Willingness to work in multiple shifts (morning, afternoon and night, occasionally on weekends as well)
- Affinity to quickly learn and use complex software
- Result and client orientation
- High level of independency, team spirit
- Advantages:German language knowledge
- Relevant experience
