Service Delivery Management Specialist - 000000232457

    The role is part of Vodafone Global Enterprise (VGE) and is focused on end to end managing services for dedicated multinational VGE customers, being responsible for the relationship with the customer’s key stakeholders and accountable for driving service improvement and development of the service as well as ensuring contractual obligations are met, to increase customer loyalty against Vodafone. The Service Delivery Management Specialist is accountable for the overall satisfaction of the strategic customers.

What you will do:

  • Key contact point for the Customer owning the end-to-end service relationship/ during the Service lifecycle
  • Manage the customer relationship on senior management level, as the representative of Vodafone
  • Proactively recognize the clients’ needs and drive recommendations for solutions which bring benefit to the customer
  • Manage escalations
  • Initiate, prepare and lead regular service review meetings
  • Report against contractual SLAs
  • Coordinate functional service improvement projects on the company's products, services and procedures that contribute to customers’ satisfaction
  • Work in close interlock with internal functions, be the voice of the Customer within Vodafone
  • Manage processes aligned with ITIL including Service Level Management, Change Management and Continuous Service Improvement, where contractually committed

This position is for you if you have:

  • Fluent English and German as a must
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in Customer facing roles
  • ITIL v3 Foundation qualification is an advantage
  • A customer obsessed character with a proactive, willing-to-do attitude
  • Excellent ability to build and manage customer relationships/expectations remotely
  • Solution focused mind set, good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proactive, structured way of thinking
  • Willing to travel if required (max 5% of the time)
