Service Delivery Executive (Service Management) (Budapest)

Position description:

  • Commercial and operational management of services for global customers with respect to time, quality, and financials
  • Developing and understanding complex IT and telecommunication solution offers
  • Contributing to business development with the customer
  • Keeping contact regularly with other internal departments at management level, and external contacts with suppliers and customers
  • Guidance and coordination of the Service Delivery Manager team for the assigned customer
  • Customer relationship management on top management level

Position requirements:

  • Collage/University degree or comparable vocational education with additional specialist’s training and 5 years of work experience in a functional field
  • Fluent English and/or German language
  • German on negotiable level is an advantage
  • Wide, special knowledge and years of experience in work methodologies, customer care, guidelines, law of contracts, business economics and controlling
  • International specifications knowledge
  • Broad knowledge of service in excellence and ITIL
  • Securing the SDM-tasks and interests in the context of sales-, OTC-, SLM- and other business processes
