Senior .NET developer

Purpose of the role:

    Reporting to the Development Manager, you will work in a cross-functional team of Engineers to build, deliver and operate world class products for leading financial institutions.


  • Collaboratively work within your Delivery Team recognising the company's values, principles and practices in order to continuously deliver quality software to production
  • Strive to achieve excellent Agile behaviours and interactions
  • Develop, test and support production software
  • Perform code reviews
  • Write and execute automated unit and integration tests
  • Apply your experience and knowledge to solve both common and complex issues
  • Work on unique, diverse and complex problems
  • Exercise significant independent judgement to determine the best method for accomplishing objectives
  • Provide constructive and timely feedback to junior engineers to help them in everyday tasks and enhance their skills
  • When necessary, lead small groups of mid-level engineers to obtain a decision and provide a solution

  • Degree educated in Computer Science or relevant subject
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Passionate about delivering high quality software
  • Experience of driving innovation within teams
  • Positive, can-do approach to work, delivering on commitments
  • Have the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively
  • Able to earn respect and build trust through high-quality delivery and by demonstrating the value added
