Responsibilities

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Budapest. The Senior Information Technology Project Manager will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring timely completion of client and business objectives. Responsibilities include managing project schedules, coordinating team members, monitoring budgets, resolving issues, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. The role also involves supervising expediting, inspection processes, and logistics for project milestones.

Requirements

5 years experience in Project Management and demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and manage large-scale projects effectively
Experience gained in managing large-scale software development projects
Familiarity with Expediting and Inspection processes to ensure project deliverables align with quality standards
Strong Logistics Management skills, including overseeing the coordination of resources, schedules, and operational workflows
Exceptional customer communication and leadership skills to manage teams and liaise with clients and stakeholders
Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making in complex project environments
A degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus
Experience working in digital transformation, automation, or software implementation projects is highly desirable
Knowledge of utility and banking systems
Previously gained BA experience
Strong technical and IT skills, knowledge of ECM systems
Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Salesforce
Native Hungarian and Fluent English
