Responsibilities
Senior Finance & Accounting – Geneva (B2B Travel / Tech)
AIC Travel Group SA, an international company active for over 20 years in the B2B travel sector, with a strong technological component (automated processes + Odoo ERP), is looking for a:
Senior Finance & Accounting Manager
100% – On-site Position (Geneva)
Main Responsibilities
- Supervise general and analytical accounting
- Lead and support the administrative/accounting team
- Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting
- Preparation of annual accounts and coordination with auditors
- Full management of Swiss VAT (TVA) and all fiscal compliance
- Banking and investor relations
- Advanced use of Odoo (accounting & ERP)
- Financial analysis and continuous process optimisation
- Reconciliations, A/R and A/P control, closing entries
Requirements
- Proven experience as senior accountant / finance manager
- Team management skills
- International background is essential
- Experience in B2B environments or tech-driven companies
- Strong knowledge of Swiss VAT (TVA)
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Strong ability to manage high email volume, documentation and data
- Proactive, precise, solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to professionally represent the company with banks and investors
- Experience with Odoo (or strong ability to learn quickly)
