(Senior) Customer Care Manager

What will You do?

  • Participation in international B2C ERP roll out program, with focus on integrating HU specific customer care processes
  • Operational management of the customer care service provider, including KPI Management, Budget, Training, Resource Planning, Quality Management
  • Interface with our call center teams and drive internal coordination processes
  • Preparation of customer insights and distribution to relevant stakeholders
  • Drive further Customer Care development (Processes and Services) based on a deep understanding of daily business in combination with KPIs
  • Transferring established corporate tools, processes and routines and into local customer care unit
  • Stakeholder management with the OBI headquarter

Ideal profile:

  • You have BSc/MSc degree preferably in related field
  • You have at least 3-5 years of professional experience from a comparable function in the area of customer care
  • You speak fluent English and Hungarian
  • You have experience in managing an external service provider (Training, Quality Management, Budgets)
  • You are characterized by a passion for dealing with customers and strong analytic, conceptual and communication skills
  • You have high internet affinity and enthusiasm for e-business
  • You have good MS office skills
  • You are willing to travel in Europe (10-20%)

Advantage to fill the position:

  • You have experience in Training/Quality
  • You have further experience with our service provider Concentrix
  • You have German language knowledge
