Senior Business Performance Management Analyst

The Taste:

    This role is within the International Supply Centre (ISC) Finance Team. This team is the end to end owner of the supply chain costs and inventory of Europe region.

    In this role you will be the financial and strategic business partner for the Europe region supporting financial directors with developing and owning the financial aspect of both short- and long-term plans and performance delivery. Your main role will be to create consolidated business performance reports and act as a financial business partner for stakeholders.

Ingredients:

  • Consolidate the different business units’ performance within Europe Supply Chain
  • Ensure smooth and accurate month-end closes where actuals reflect appropriate business performance, variance to plan are well understood and explained
  • Deliver insights to stakeholders on efficiency gaps and further improvement areas by separating volume, price, mix and efficiency impacts vs. plan on a total Supply Chain level
  • Decision support for business partners through value-added analysis
  • Create accurate forecasts based on identified trends in the actuals and information collected from the stakeholders and the finance analysts
  • Contribute ideas, energy, enthusiasm and support to the continuous improvement of the process

How to Serve:

  • University or College degree in Economics or Finance and Accounting
  • Min. 3-4 years of experience in financial controlling / financial planning & analysis / financial reporting gained in a multinational environment
  • Fluent Business English
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, positive attitude
  • Personal drive to take ownership and deliver solutions
  • Strong analytical skills to be able to see and understand the big picture and deliver high level message, offering alternative solutions for issues
