SBS Manager of Employee Experience - Lifecycle Management

About the Opportunity

    If you are looking for an opportunity to shape an Employee Experience function and drive toward the future digitalization of HR operations, come join us and be part of a transformational multi-cultural organisation, where you will be collaborating with diverse teams to support the wider Sanofi. Reporting to the Head of Employee Experience, and working closely with Centres of Excellence teams, you will be an integral part of the Management team on this transformational journey.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinating and manage employee life cycle activities in Workday and on the ground with the various stakeholders relating to Sanofi entities as per their respective Service Level Agreements
  • Contributing to business reviews
  • Monitoring operational KPIs to pro-actively manage execution issues
  • Build, lead and manage a team of analysts
  • Providing Level 2 support for this sub-process as per the Customer Service process in Service Now and contribute to the Knowledge Database
  • Contributing to business reviews
  • Identify and drive process improvement opportunities through elimination of redundant activities
  • Participate in process automation initiatives and ensure seamless adoption and transition
  • Participate in global projects as required

Essential requirements:

  • Graduate or Master’s degree with HR or business administration
  • Sound proven hands on experience in HR function preferably in an international multicultural environment
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end HR process and activities
  • Ideally experience in running HR services within a Business Services organization
  • Awareness of data privacy rules (GDPR etc.)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and expertise of MS Excel
  • Fluent in English; ideally with additional European Languages
