SAP OTC System Analyst

• Provide end-user support across SAP OTC and Finance processes
• Innvestigate and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal business disruption
• Translate business requirements into functional SAP solutions
• Perform SAP configuration (customizing) within the SD module
• Collaborate closely with developers (ABAP) and cross-functional teams
• Support and coordinate testing activities (UAT, regression testing)
• Drive process improvements and automation within the Order-to-Cash cycle
• Work with global teams including Sales, Finance, and Customer Service
• Contribute to release management and continuous system enhancements

• 3-5 years of experience
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) and financial accounting processes
• Experience with Accounts Receivable, Billing, and General Ledger processes
• Experience in incident management tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
