Salesforce Data Quality Specialist - 259868

    The purpose of the role is to proactively search for data quality issues in Salesforce, report them, get in contact with the relevant markets to rectify those issues and if necessary advise resolution ideas. To find potential errors in the tool itself and present a potential solution. To participate in different data quality related projects and keep in touch with the onshore Data Quality Manager.

What you will do:

  • Create complex reports based on customer data and ad hoc reports - reactive and proactive, with the goal of raising data quality
  • Provide 2nd level system support for the sales community
  • Process and correct client data/ client data mapping in collaboration with other departments
  • Analyze data synchronization in several sales and IT systems, proposes resolution in case of mismatch
  • Manage technical and functional problems in the CRM database
  • Proactively suggest potential development areas (regarding the Salesforce tool or a process) if there is a need
  • Design, construct and maintain a wide set of tools like reports and applications, customized to satisfy stakeholders’ needs
  • Provide subject matter expertise regarding all processes in order to support each team member in their operational tasks
  • Develop and maintain great relationships with all stakeholders and market SPOC’s

This position is for you if you have:

  • 2+ years’ experience with Salesforce administration
  • 2+ years’ user level experience with databases (Oracle, MS Access, SQL)
  • Experience in data analysis, interpretation, reporting and presentation of findings
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent English language knowledge
  • Advanced level of knowledge with MS office (Excel, Access, Power Point)
  • Ability to manage smaller projects and take the ownership
  • Telecom sector experience in multinational environment (desired)
