Sales Support Specialist

Task:
We offer a full time position to prepare quotations and manage orders from customers in Hungary, Romania and Bulgaria.
- Create component quotations and configured modules
- Close cooperation with Sales Engineers and Flexlink’s business customers (via phone and online)
- Manage orders (components and configured modules)
- Resolve potential transportation issues
- Keep the CRM system updated
- Manage customer requests through our online store
- Support general administration – time to time (in case of absence)
Expectation:
- Ability to understand technical issues is a must, so it is nice to have basic technical education or experience. You do not have to be an engineer, though.
- Fluent English both writing and speaking (daily communication as well as recruitment process in English)
- Proven experience in a position related to cooperation with business customers, as a sales support, sales administration. It is a strong asset if acquired in technical company.
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Self-driven and proactive mindset
- Being able to work independently
Other:
- Romanian and/or Bulgarian language
- Advanced IT skills
- Experience with SAP
