Independent Hungary Sales Representative RTW (Adult Outwear)

Task:

    The main purpose of the role is to build a portfolio of clients with constant visits on the field and grow the business through new clients acquisition.

    Contributes to the development of the sales strategy at the account level, to maximize profitability for the company and account.

    Main responsibilities of the Sales Force are:

    • The achievement of the selling goals
    • The development of Geox sales strategy in the assigned area analyzing strengths and weaknesses, business opportunities, competitors providing detailed reports
    • Ensuring a constant monitoring of the sell-out through of the customers during visits
    • Building reports by constantly monitoring the sales performances of his area
    • Together with the area Regional Manager and the Wholesale RTW Manager, takes ad hoc commercial actions to guarantee the highest sales performance aligned with Company expectations
    • Summing up any product information in order to give, through the Regional Manager and the Wholesale RTW Manager, an important input to the HQ as well as a strategic support to the definition of the models, prices, brand positioning etc. of a collection
    • In cooperation with the Regional Manager and the Wholesale RTW Manager, defining the conditions for the customers according to Geox strategy
    • Working in close cooperation with the customer service to promote a correct information exchange and ease any problem solving for a better service to the customer

Expectation:

    Profile

    Experience in sales – preferable in Ready To Wear Adult Outwear

    Understanding of the sales process and dynamics

    A commitment to excellent customer service

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Able to communicate in a very efficient way to the Company referents for the position

    Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
