What you will do

    The main objective of this role is to acquire new clients and develop cooperation with existing customers.

Your tasks will be

  • Building relationships with customers at manager/director level to understand needs
  • Offering solution to adjust pricing and margin
  • Supporting existing customer accounts in assigned geographic area, with a standard sales target or quota
  • Implementation of individual sales plans to a group of clients from Hitachi brand portfolio
  • Preparation of the sales forecast and margins on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Conducting sales negotiations
  • Updating CRM system with sales opportunities and client information
  • Reporting planned and implemented commercial activities
  • Providing trainings and presentations of products and solutions offered (with the support of the Technical Engineer)


  • Bachelor Degree (preferably in mechanical engineering or HVAC)
  • Experience in working in a similar position
  • Good knowledge of the market and HVAC products
  • Very good knowledge of HVAC technical issues
  • Proved sales success
  • Negotiation skills
  • Fluency in English & Hungarian (any other European language is advantage)
