We are currently seeking an inspired:

Sales and Marketing Associate

    You will be a member of the Marketing team, reporting to the Market Development Manager, is primarily responsible for any sales, marketing or company business trip related support and activities such as webinar management, report generation, certificate handling, tutorial video production and shipment handling.

Key Responsibilities

    Marketing support (40%)

     

    • Arrange shipments for Sales / FAS / Customers and for conferences
    • Managing and Controlling the marketing inventory (HU, US, ESP, NL, CZ etc.)
    • Marketing Report Generation
    • Software Tutorial Video production related activities – leading other departments, negotiating with external partners, providing assistance during shooting

     

    • Customer / Company Survey Handling - Setup, send-out and analyze customer satisfaction surveys and report to the Global Sales and FAS Team based on their feedback
    • Social Media Content Generation assistance
    • Marketing Collaterals – production related activities, arrange pick-ups and delivery
    • Competitor Analysis – website, publications, activities, social media, product announcements
    • Additional duties upon required


    Trip Organizer and Sales Support (40%)

    • Supporting the work of the Market Development Manager and work closely with and in support of the Global Sales and FAS Team
    • Administration related to the international travels of staff (invoices and insurances), contact with the travel agent and arrange visas if it is required
    • Webinar Management – setting up invitations, organizing sessions and guest speakers, follow-up with attendees.
    • Certificate Handling – issuing and submitting certificate requests to customers
    • General Administration
    • Additional duties upon required


    Cross Departmental General Support (20%)

    • Supporting other departments on ad hoc bases
      • Administration
      • Office related tasks
      • Document handling
    • Company Events related support
    • Additional duties upon required

Required qualifications (education, experience and skills)

  • Advanced English
  • Bachelor Degree (Arts, Marketing, Economy, Tourism, Communication or similar)
  • at least 1 years of experience at similar position is an advantage
