Sales Manager

For our multinational client we are looking for a

 
Sales Manager

 

Tasks
  • Development of direct sales business
  • Participation in business strategy development, in business plan preparation
  • Obtaining/Exceeding the commercial targets defined in business plans
  • Management and development of the team of sales representatives 
  • To conduct field trainings and observations on a regular basis
  • Development of new customer portfolio, identification of new sales opportunities, channels, innovative ways of selling
  • Market research; Regular information and reports on business competitors
  • Presentation of commercial reports and realistic forecasts to the sales director
 

Requirements
 
  • College or university degree (Business/Economics/Marketing)
  • 6-7 years of professional experience in sales, on technical fields and in multinational environment
  • Experience in automotive or FMCG is an advantage
  • At least 3 years of experience in people management; Leadership skills
  • Fluent English, Hungarian language knowledge
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel
  • Driving license, B category
  • Innovative attitude; Proactivity, strategic view
  • Good marketing sense with strong marketing background
  • Performance, result and client orientation, problem solving attitude
  • Dynamic, determined personality with excellent negotiation and communication skills
