FCA Central and Eastern Europe CEE is looking for a talented

Sales and Marketing Support

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

  • Support of Fiat Professional Sales & Product Marketing department
  • Vehicle market statistics, competitor analysis
  • Request forecasting from zone managers
  • Participation in marketing events and creation of marketing materials, campaigns
  • Preparation of management statistics, reports, decision preparation tables, presentations
  • Support on creation of catalogs and price lists
  • Prepare weekly and monthly trade marketing and sales reports, analysis
  • Work with commercial and marketing department to optimize processes and implement the most effective strategies
  • Internal data gathering, consolidation, formatting with commercial and financial departments
  • Gather competitive and global information from the market
  • Analyze sales results and propose corrective actions where needed
  • Assist in cooperation with suppliers
  • Prepare any ad hoc report requested by management
  • Assist in monitoring marketing & sales projects
  • Various Administrational tasks

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing
  • 1-2 years’ experience in similar field
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Czech/Slovak language is advantage
  • Good command of MS Excel & Power Point
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills
  • Result orientation
  • Analytical mindset, structured thinking
  • Attention to detail, sense of priorities
  • Good relationship building skills, ability to work independently and proactively within the team
  • Flexibility and reliability
