Sales Account Manager

In 2020, Hitachi Capital took over Fraikin Van and Truck Leasing and Rental in the Czech Republic, Hungary, and Slovakia. Its goal is to become a leader in the field of financing all means of transport while maintaining the highest level of customer service. Therefore, we are constantly looking for talented candidates who, together with us, will implement our strategy and develop their competencies in a company with not only high growth ambitions but also a unique organizational culture. In 2021, Hitachi Capital signed an agreement in Hungary with Eurofleet Zrt. to purchase 100% of the shares. With this, the Group will have a fleet of over 3 000 vehicles.


  • Acquiring new customers and maintaining good relationships with existing ones;
  • Development of a commercial offer tailored to the needs of customers;
  • Negotiating business terms;
  • Meeting planned sales goals;
  • Developing new sales channels;
  • Monitoring and analysis of market data and competition activities;
  • Customer consulting in the field of creating the best solutions regarding fleet policy;
  • Reporting results.


  • Knowledge of the construction of commercial vehicles;
  • A minimum of three years of sales experience in PC’s, vans and/or trucks;
  • College or University degree;
  • Knowledge of all facets of vehicle leasing;
  • Ability to conduct trade negotiations;
  • Good skills in creating and maintaining business relationships;
  • Strong focus on achieving goals;
  • Communicative knowledge of English;
  • Active driving license B (C allowing to drive vehicles over 3.5 tons is an advantage).
