Our Budapest branch was founded 9 years ago. We are currently a team of 20 people in our office at BILK (Budapest 1239), covering all scopes of transportation from Operations and Customer Service to Controlling and Administration.


We are currently searching for a new colleague to join our Planning Department in Budapest. Within the team, you will be in charge of arranging transports and taking care of the planning administrative duties for the shuttle-trucks of our network, covering mostly Benelux, Germany, Austria, Hungary. In this pivotal position, you will be in direct contact with our local hubs, with our Customer Care and with the other Planning Teams of the Group.
  • Manage the freight volumes with our hubs and plan our daily trucks accordingly
  • Handle the administrative part and create the shipping documents
  • Send the announces to our hubs, agents and custom brokers
  • Inform the concerned colleagues in case of any non-conformity report
  • Prepare the transport plans of next day(s)
  • Monitor the local collections and deliveries and update the colleagues
  • Liaise with relevant Controlling Teams (POD Team, Invoicing Team) for back-office matters
  • Complete the administrative tasks linked with the position


  • English: Advanced verbal and written communication skills
  • 1+ year of experience in International Road Freight Forwarding field
  • Organized person, accurate and dynamic
  • Problem solving skills and fast reaction
  • Team-spirit and exemplary behaviors towards our clients and colleagues, under all circumstances
  • Aptitude to multi-task and define priorities
  • Confident with MS Office tools


  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus
