Replenishment Planning Team Lead

Replenishment Planning Team Lead- Your future position?


As a Replenishment Planning Team Lead you will lead the Replenishment team of 10 people in Budapest. You will ensure accurate processing of all replenishment activities following performance and quality standards defined in relevant service level agreements. You will be located in our GBS office in Budapest and reporting to the Supply Planning Manager.

You will:

  • Lead: you will lead the Replenishment team with EAME scope. Provide professional support for the team: Coach team members, set goals, evaluate skill development, develop individual action plans and train team.
    • You will manage operations in the Replenishment Planning area:
      • Create and manage STOs until delivery (incl. STO non-conformance and returns)
      • Identify slow and obsolete inventory batches, review status and facilitate necessary stock transfers
      • Promise orders for ship from stock items
  • Enhance: you will work on the continuous improvement of the Replenishment Planning team processes and encourage your team members to come up with improvement ideas to ensure potential process automatization and higher efficiency.
  • Stakeholder management: you will build constructive and effective relationships with cross functional teams and stakeholders and communicate effectively with internal and external partners.

Your professional profile includes:

  • University or College degree
  • Proficient in Business English
  • 3+ years of experience in Supply Planning or relevant Supply chain area
  • min. 1 year of experience in a team-leading role
  • SAP knowledge
  • Ability to create reports, analysis from huge number of data
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Interpersonal skills
