Regional Sales Manager

TASKS:

  • Maintain a continues development of the sales in the region
  • Inspire and motivate the team of 20-30 people in the region
  • Able to Coach and mentor not only sales focused people
  • Monitoring sales efficiency, analysing regional and individual results.
  • Defining individual and regional development areas, create and execute action plans to reach target.
  • Present on regional and company events and lectures
  • Support the HR with local recruitment inputs, interviews and define development areas
  • Negotiate with medical and association leaders in the region
  • Regular visits, efficient support and management of shops in its territory
  • Exploring local marketing opportunities, making suggestions
  • Supporting the local implementation of central marketing activities
  • Strong and regular cooperation with Marketing, HR and Logistic
  • Tracking KPI indicators in your area
  • Reporting to the Sales and Operations manager

EXPECTATIONS:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • English skill on business level
  • MS Office skill – able to crate Excel analysis, ppt
  • Convincing, agile, ambitious, proactive personality
  • Excellent social and communication skills
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • High mobility
