Regional Brand Manager (fixed-term for 2 years)

Task:

  • Your contribution to something big

    ►      Fully responsible for regional marketing concepts within the Bosch Thermotechnology Adria region (15 countries)

    ►      Develop and execute marketing plans in collaboration with the countries in accordance with regional marketing strategy

    ►      Plan and lead brand marketing efforts by monitoring the heating & cooling industry, competitive market, e-commerce dynamics and customer insight.

    ►      Ensure holistic implementation of all strategic online & offline marketing activities, social media, advertising campaigns, loyalty partner programs based on integrated marketing communication for B2B & B2C

    ►      Manage short term and long term marketing plans and strategies to meet customer requirements and to support the brand awareness in the region.

    ►      Guide and execute social media strategy in terms of channel presence, content planning and drive the use of social media and other channels

    ►      Investigate new online tools and implement various  instruments based on customer requirements both B2B & B2C

    ►      Furnish the company’s partners with all supporting materials related with all digital marketing and business development issues

    ►      Coordinate and manage key agencies to deliver timely high quality coordinated online experience on channels & platforms

Expectation:

  • What distinguishes you

    ►      5+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in a multinational company

    ►      University degree in marketing, communication and other related field

    ►      Solid understanding of marketing, digital business and sales processes

    ►      Knowledge and experience about new digital trends, e-commerce and new online channels

    ►      Strong coordination & project management skills

    ►      Dynamic and innovative personality

    ►      Result orientation and high level of efficiency

    ►      B2B marketing experience

    ►      Ability to work in an international (virtual) team

    ►      Excellent command of both verbal and written English

    ►      Excellent MS Office knowledge

    ►      Proactive, solution and target oriented approach

    ►      No obstacle for travel
