Feladatok

• Improvement of design development completeness through issue confirmation and improvement activities before product launch
• Responding to new project-related developments and strengthening the capacity of Hungary corporation
• Efficient work performance through project-related development system management and issue improvement response
• BOM/ECO management - For parts changes, HQ changes E-BOM through ECO and Hungary corporation converts it to M-BOM
- Managed by M-BOM so that parts can be normally input into the build
• Manufacturing support
- Early stabilization and improvement support for new line set-up and assembly issue
- Review support for production issues and discuss improvement plans
• HQ – Miskolc Communication
- Development-related issue analysis and improvement, preparation of review materials
- Communication linkage for HQ technical support
• R&D member selection and technology development
- Systematization of R&D work and preparation and training of manuals for each part

Elvárások

Master or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Mechatronics / Automotive Engineering
Minimum 3 years relevant experience in automotive plant R&D
Good command of English written and spoken.
Proactive attitude, creativity, and strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
